I personally prefer their desserts more than their main course, best services and worth the prices. You need to book at least a week before.

I would give 10000/10 for the food, the creativity and the ambience. It’s like a truly hidden gem, reservation is needed because their neat and tidy place needs you to. The concept will change every 3 months and I did experience the most homey fine dining with very affordable pricing, gracefully. May my hubs and I would revisit for our special occasion because I had fall in love with MMBS helppppp!

PROS: The price is so reasonable for fine dinning, food is always on point & delicious even for my picky eater children. They always have stories to tell for the culinary experience. These what make us going back for sure. CONS: you have to make reservation before going here & if you're going by car please drop on the Taman Sari St then continue to walk because the aisle is quite narrow.

Dining transcends mere sustenance; it becomes a tapestry of human experience, especially at Mari Merangkai Bunga Seroja (MMBS) in Bandung. Their Cisugar-themed dining—celebrating the regions of Cianjur, Subang, and Garut—is a profound journey that melds culinary artistry with cultural storytelling. This pay-as-you-wish experience, initiated with a down payment of IDR 100,000, underscores a unique approach to value and gratitude. The experience at MMBS is lovely, not only because of the delectable food but due to the holistic immersion into the cultural narratives of Cisugar. Each dish served is a chapter of a broader story, lovingly narrated by the staff. Their friendliness and dedication transform the meal into an intimate exploration of heritage and tradition. The storytelling is not merely an accompaniment but an essential part of the dining, enriching the flavors with context and history. This dining philosophy embodies a deep connection between the culinary and the existential. It reflects how food can be a medium of expression, a way to bridge past and present, and a means to foster community and understanding. The pay-as-you-wish model invites diners to reflect on the value of their experience, encouraging a reciprocal relationship rather than a transactional one. This is not just about paying for food but about acknowledging the labor, love, and tradition that crafted it. In the context of Bandung's vibrant cultural scene, MMBS stands out as a must-have experience. It invites patrons to partake in a celebration of regional diversity and culinary excellence. Through the fusion of storytelling and dining, it elevates the act of eating to a philosophical contemplation of heritage, generosity, and the shared human experience. Dining at MMBS is, therefore, a reflection on the richness of life and the beauty of connecting through culture and cuisine.
